I have training in pelvic floor physical therapy through Herman & Wallace Institute and I am also a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. I believe in a comprehensive and individualized approach to therapy and finding the why/root cause of a person’s primary complaint. I am excited to help my community’s members and would love to help you with any of your pelvic health concerns!

I am a native of Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!) I originally graduated with my teaching degree and worked as an educator for several years before pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. It was during my first clinical rotation when I realized how passionate I was about treating those with pelvic conditions. I take pride in my ability to build trust with each and every patient, and in doing so I strive to establish personalized, comprehensive treatment plans. Outside of work, I play roller derby and enjoy spending time with my wife and our 3 dogs.
Doctorate: Physical Therapy, Lebanon Valley College
BS: Exercise Science, Lebanon Valley College
Advanced Training: Herman and Wallace Institute Pelvic Floor 1 and 2B
Through my schooling, I had the opportunity to experience various avenues of PT. Sports PT was a long-standing front runner until I discovered my passion for pelvic PT! Now I get the opportunity to bring the two worlds together, helping patients not only feel better, but live and move better through all of the movements life brings. I love helping others to learn, and value one understanding their own body, so be prepared to gain all sorts of fun facts! In terms of me, I love staying active, being in nature, and all things animals!
I am originally from Texas where I graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Odessa College in 2019. Upon graduating, I began travel physical therapy, where I enjoyed working with the older population by increasing the strength needed for independence. When COVID hit, I went into home health where I worked with those affected by COVID-19. In 2022, the military brought my husband and I to Jacksonville. After living amongst the military population and having my son in 2023, my eyes were opened to the impact that childbirth has on the body. I became passionate about helping women and ending the stereotypes associated with being postpartum. When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time outdoors with my husband, son, and our two dogs.
I am originally from upstate New York but have spent the majority of my life in Jacksonville, NC, where I graduated from Jacksonville High School in 2019. I then went on to achieve my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, baking, and spending time with friends and family. I hope to continue learning, growing, and expanding my knowledge about all things physical therapy!
